Karoline Massage Ayurvédique

Thank you Karoline for this very pleasant and beneficial moment of well-being. I was only passing through for the holidays but I really appreciated your kindness and empathy. This gentle and sometimes dynamic massage did me a world of good. I will remember your name and address and if I return to this beautiful region, I will definitely come back to see you. Isabelle

In Guillestre for a week of cycling, I was looking to get a massage halfway through my stay, so I could do a series of rides, and I easily arranged an appointment with Karoline. For an hour, time stood still. Very professional and attentive, she managed to relieve my little aches and pains. And what's more, a feeling of fullness is guaranteed. I highly recommend her. If I come back to the region, I'll know who to contact to relieve my aches and pains and fully enjoy the joys of cycling in this magnificent region.

I've been lucky enough to receive massages from Karoline for four years now... Year after year, Karoline perfectly adapts her massages to my needs and pain points!

Karoline's service is of the highest quality. The welcome and the Indian-style decor of the room are truly admirable. The precision and generosity of her touch, both technical and natural, encourages us to truly let go. As a massage professional myself, I sincerely give Karoline an excellent rating. Looking forward to another treatment.

Having been a regular practitioner for six months (one session per month), I wanted to highlight all the benefits of Ayurvedic massage. My arthritis problems haven't disappeared, but the progress is significant. In short, these sessions have become indispensable, and I thank Karoline for her professionalism and kindness. Jacques

True expertise and wonderful energy... Two massages with Karoline during my stay in Guillestre, a blend of deep relaxation and renewed energy. I left feeling relaxed and regenerated. Thank you, Karoline 🙏

Caroline is a professional who was able to relax the sore spots in my neck and back, and also gave me valuable advice. I recommend her 100%. She's very welcoming and friendly. Thank you so much for your massages and advice. As soon as I return to Guillestre, I'll be sure to come back and see you.

While passing through Guillestre with my daughter, we wanted a moment of relaxation and we were won over. Karoline is gentle and attentive to our needs.

Professional and caring. I felt Karoline's energy, very gentle, professional, listening to the body. I recommend this moment of well-being and letting go! Next time it will be 1h30 :)

After a few days of mountain biking, Karoline's Ayurvedic massage was truly perfect. It was one of the best massages I've ever had.

Massage after a bike ride, my body is regenerated, the best!
